AWAITING PAYMENT FOR RELEASE
If your Purolator package is being shipped to the United States, it will typically be transferred to UPS once it crosses the border. To pay the duties and release your package:
Call Purolator (1-888-744-7123) and provide your Purolator tracking number.
They will give you the corresponding UPS tracking number.
Go to the UPS website, enter the UPS tracking number, and follow the instructions to make your payment online.
US ORDERS: De minimis THRESHOLD (duties)
Important Notice on International Orders
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has removed the $800 de minimis threshold. This means that all international packages valued under $800 USD, which were previously exempt, will now be subject to duties and customs charges upon delivery.
Please note: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, we are unable to issue a refund. As a small business, we cannot absorb the cost of items returned because duties or taxes were declined. We have outlined this policy clearly so that customers are aware before ordering. Sorry for the inconvenice this may cause, and we hope to work through this tough time, and grow our golf community across the borders!
