When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?
Canada: December 10 for standard shipping, December 17 for express. US: December 14 for standard, December 15 for priority. UK, Europe, Australia and NZ: December 4. Gift cards arrive instantly by email.
Can I return a holiday gift?
Yes. Orders placed December 1 to 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 14, 2027, or within our regular 30-day window, whichever is later.
